Delivery terms
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier.
The delivery is made to an office or delivery address specified by the User within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The delivery is at the expense of the consumer.
"No responsibility is accepted for non-fulfillment of an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when a partial, inaccurate or fictitious address or phone number has been provided."
"Delivery is carried out within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, it is possible to extend the delivery period, and the User will be promptly informed about this."
The usual delivery time for the goods is as follows:
- Delivery within the territory of the European Union - up to 2 (two) working days;
- Delivery outside the territory of the European Union - from 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) working days;
- Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria - within 2 (two) working days;
The consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of their delivery and to notify immediately of any discrepancies, shortages, and damages. If the consumer fails to do so, it is assumed that the delivery is accepted without objections.
When making international deliveries, the rules for the delivery and receipt of parcels of the respective national postal service, as well as the relevant national legislation of the country where the recipient of the goods is located, apply. All import fees upon the importation of the goods are the responsibility of the Consumer. The Consumer cannot request a refund of the price if they have refused to pay the import fees or to receive the parcel.
